A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a reservation; the outstanding balance should be paid to our agent in La Clusaz on your arrival.

He will also collect a deposit of Euro150 against any damage that may occur. This will be returned to you on your departure, after M. Coing-Boyat has confirmed that the apartment is in a satisfactory condition. Finally, he will ask you for the taxe de sejour, the French Government's tourist tax.

We ask that you leave the apartment ready for immediate occupation.

All bookings are Saturday to Saturday. You may occupy the apartment after 2.00pm, and must vacate by 10.00am on the day of your departure.
